最高人民检察院、公安部、中国海警局6月6日联合召开会议，对打击整治盗采海砂违法犯罪专项行动进行再动员再部署，要求加快推进专项行动重点任务落实，加速提升打击整治整体成效。

记者从会上了解到，盗采海砂为害甚烈，危害海洋生态环境，破坏资源开发利用秩序，对通航安全构成巨大潜在风险，违规用作砂石骨料给建筑工程带来极大安全隐患。近年来，执法司法机关等部门持续高压严打，有力震慑了违法犯罪，但仍有不法分子顶风作案，区域越来越集中，手段持续翻新，方式不断变异，盗采海砂易发、多发的形势依然严峻。

最高人民检察院、公安部、中国海警局联合部署要求，要坚持打击监督并重、执法司法并举、海湾陆岸并治、法治综治并施的工作思路，体系治理，综合施策。要强化统筹推进，同步加强盗采海砂高发区域源头管控和运输通道封控查缉，建立健全陆海空天立体防控机制，发现行业监管漏洞隐患及时通报主管部门落实主体责任，提升打击整治力度。要深化合成作战，加强情报搜集研判和信息共享，强化案件侦办和部门联动，坚持“一案七查”和大案攻坚，加大对上下游犯罪、关联犯罪的有效打击力度，提升打击整治精度。要推动综合治理，主动融入地方综合治理机制，加快协调解决执法监管短板，积极推进生态损害赔偿，提升打击整治深度。
